IMPORTANT GUEST IMFORMATIONS

  • Check out time is at 10:00 AM.
  • Always close air conditioning and lights when you leave the room.
  • At check-in, you should have received an inventory sheet for your unit. Please complete the form if something is missing, because you will be responsible for missing or damaged items not reported.
  • Do not hang clothes, towels, or other items on railings.
  • A full cleaning will be done in the middle of the week at no cost to your unit.
  • Dishwashing is not a service included.

NOTE : Factory preset PIN is 159B


To program your Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) – 3 to 8 DIGITS:

  1. Open safe by imputing the factory preset PIN (i.e. 159B).
  2. Press the red button on the inside of the door near hinges.
  3. Now select your PIN digit and then press the letter “B” to confirm your PIN. A beep will sound for each key pressed. After the letter “B” is pressed, a green light goes to indicate your success. Be sure to write down this code immediately so you do not forget.


To Operate Safe:

  1. To open the safe: Input your own PIN (i.e. the number you have selected) then press the letter “B”. Turn handle clockwise and the safe will open.
  2. After entering your PIN, you have 5 seconds to turn the knob before the mechanism relocks. If it relocks, please enter your PIN again. Don’t forget to press the letter “B” after entering your PIN.


CAUTION: If you or an intruder uses the incorrect group of numbers, it will not open, and a yellow light goes on. Entering an incorrect PIN 3 times will freeze the system for 20 seconds.


IMPORTANT

  1. If you forget your code, you can use the manual override key: DO NOT keep override key in safe. To use the override key, remove the small logo in the center of the control panel. Undo the screw and pull panel outwards to expose override lock. Turn the key anticlockwise and the safe will be open.
  2. Please make a note of the following details and keep independent of safe as these details will be needed if a service call is required: The Key Number and the Safe Number (The safe number is either on a small sticker beside the override lock cover or on the head of emergency lock).
  3. A red light showing on the top right of the control panel indicates low batteries. Change batteries by removing the sliding battery housing cover at the back of the door and replace all batteries.
  4. If the digital lock do not work because of low battery, use the override key to open the safe and then replace all batteries.


In order to save the batteries, we ask you before leaving the condo to put off the:

  • Lights
  • Fans
  • Television
